Last weekend, I presented at the Digital Humanities conference. My topic was the character of Miyazawa Kenji's expression. I analysed his expression using natural language processing. I divided his expression into word categories, counted all the words, and ranked them according to how often each word was used. I was new to Degital Humanity , so perhaps my presentation was terrible. But many professors encouraged me, and gave me useful advice.
After the conference , we had the reception. I was so tired ,that a glass of beer refreshed me . I talked to many presenters about the reason why they were interested in Degital Humanities. I couldn't explain mine. Because in my case , it was just curiosity. I wasn't thinking about the future of humanity. But I enjoy studying the new academic field.
